Literacy 1/9/21 Countries

Hey, These past 2 weeks we have been doing our theme on Countries, One of our tasks we had to do an Attribute Organizer on the continents, In the Attribute Organizer we had to do, Cities in the continents, Mountain, Ocean, and 3 Interesting Facts about the place.

The matariki star cluster know as in other cultures 29/5/21

 Kia ora, For my literacy task I have to do a poster about what the Matariki star cluster is known as in different cultures, and there name of what they go by for the Matariki star cluster.

For this task it was really easy because all you had to do was read a text to tell you about what other cultures known as for matariki and you also had to do a little research to do for yourself. So i did 4 different cultures for exsample id did japan,ahwai, china, and india.

If you want to know where i got my info from i just read this text and di research i just searched In (the counrties name) what is matariki star cluster know as.

My letter to jacinda ardern 28/5/21

 Kia Ora, Foor my literacy theme we have been working on the matariki star cluster and for one of the task is to make a letter for jacinda ardern to make matariki a public holiday. 

This was a really fun task to do beacuse you had to write a letter to jacinda ardern to make matariki a public holiday and i wrote thats its only important to some moari cultures and nonmoari cultures and stuff like that.

If you want to know where i got my information from i just came up with a way to word out how to write a letter to make matariki a public holiday.
