The seasons about matariki 27/5/21

Hey, For this literacy theme we have to do the matariki stars and the seasons about it, we had to do them in maori and english.

I thought this activity was really fun beacuse it was about the seasons and matariki seasons, The seasons would reprsent what each season does. It was really easy to do and fun i think this was my favourite activity so far.

Marbled Cone Snail Warning Sign

Kia Ora, this weeks literacy is strange and wonderful animals and for one of the task, it was to make a sign to put around beaches about the Marbled cone shell snail.

 

It was really fun to do this task because it was a quick and easy thing to do and all i had to do was write cautions about it and at pictures to make it look like a sign. Also the Marbled cone shell snail is very dangerous so don't pick it up will paralyze you so WARNING DO NOT TOUCH IT.

If you want anymore information about the Marbled cone shell snail they are found in the Indian and pacific oceans, the Caribbean and red seas also along the coast of Florida.

My Mixed animals stuff

Kia ora, my task for this weeks literacy is strange and wonderful animals and we had to do mixed animals, a poster to vote for your animal for 2021, a zoo enclosure for your animal and toys for animal.

It was very Interesting to do this task for my literacy, i had to use my creative skills to think of what i was going to do and i picked an elephant mixed with a duckling and i did the elephant ears,tusks,trunk and for the duckling parts i did the feathers,eyes, body, feet and for the abilites i did the elephant ears,tusks, and trunk and for the duckling i did feet eyes, feathers.

If you want to know how to do this just think of 2 or 3 animals to mix together and the abilities for your animal.

 Kia Ora, this strange and wonderful animals task is a attribute organizer, You had to write down facts about strange and wonderful animals. 

It was very interesting about how to find out facts about the animals for example you had to find the where its from, habitat, what it eats and three interesting facts about the animal you had to do about 5 and one example.

 Kia Ora, This video games literacy task is about how to recognize fake news. You had to do 10 examples of fake news.

It was very interesting trying to find out how to recognize fake news.

 This litercy theme for 3 weeks is video games and on one of the tasks you had to make your own video game character and I picked a evil dog that's has all sorts of powers. It only appears when there's no danger . This is what my video game character looks like.
